The Role:

You will oversee the day-to-day business activities, ensuring the productivity levels remain high whilst customer satisfaction levels are exceeded.

• Ensuring high levels of compliance to internal and franchise requirements
• Ensuring high levels MOT pass rates and quality checks
• Assist with Workshop planning
• Ensuring all associated administration is completed to a very high standard
• Maintaining High Levels of Customer Satisfaction
• Co-ordinating logistics
• Support Service Admin and Warranty Department where required
• Complying with Health and Safety regulations and ensuring the Workshop is a safe place to work
• Assist Service Manager to ensure KPIs and Dealer Requirements are met

Qualifications and experience required:

• Will have a strong knowledge of compliance
• A preferred background in the automotive industry, but not essential
• Able to work well as part of a team
• Ability to work well under pressure and within a busy Workshop
• High level of computer literacy
• Detail orientated
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

Hours of work:

Monday to Friday 08:00 – 17:00 (40 hours per week) including one hour for lunch.

Pay: £32,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
